Terms and Conditions

By signing a contract or requesting services from Turnover Fix & Clean, LLC d/b/a Turnover Fix & Shine ("we," "us," or "our"), you are entering a legally binding agreement for work to be performed.
1. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are approximations and are not guaranteed. Actual cost may change once all project elements are finalized or negotiated. You will be notified prior to any changes in cost.
2. Services
Upon acceptance, we will perform the services described in the estimate. Any additional services you request that are not included in the original estimate will incur additional charges.
3. Schedule
Services will be completed in accordance with the schedule agreed upon. Although we do our best to provide an accurate timeframe, there is no guaranteed set timeframe for the completion of services. Several visits to the property may be required. The time stated on your appointment is an arrival window. We will contact you when we are on our way.
4. Changes to Service
All changes to service, including cancellations and rescheduling, must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM on the business day before the scheduled appointment.
Changes in specifications, quantities, schedule, or other aspects of the services that you request or approve do not become binding unless accepted in writing. Any such changes may result in additional or increased charges, and you agree to pay those increased charges.
5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
If you cancel after the deadline, fail to provide access to the property, or are a no-show to a scheduled appointment, the following fees apply:
- Cleaning services: $75 per technician assigned to the appointment
- Handyman services: $100 per technician assigned to the appointment
Recurring clients: Standard recurring daily, weekly, or bi-weekly clients are allowed two cancellations with at least one business day's notice per calendar year at no charge. All cancellations beyond the two allowed, or cancellations made after the 1:00 PM deadline, will be subject to the full service price as a cancellation fee.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
7. Payment Terms
All invoices for services covered by the estimate are payable upon completion of work or by the date stated on the invoice.
8. Late Charges
Any invoices not paid by the date of completion may bear interest after the due date until the invoice is paid. We abide by all statements on the estimate regarding service terms and conditions.
9. Property Access
If applicable, you agree to authorize us on your property to perform the services stated on the estimate. We also have permission to visit the property with little or no notice to assess service needs before the date of service, as well as to check completion after services have been rendered.
10. Photos and Marketing
Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement has been executed, you agree to allow us to utilize any photos, descriptions, reviews, quotes, texts, or videos of the property for marketing purposes.
11. SMS / Text Message Terms
By inquiring about our services, doing business with us, or submitting a quote request through our website, you consent to receive notifications and messages (email or text) regarding your service, including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician en-route and arrival notifications
- Service completion updates
- Scheduling changes or cancellations
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive one confirmation message after opting out. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (479) 259-1754.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other major U.S. wireless carriers.
12. Insurance and Liability
Turnover Fix & Shine maintains general liability insurance up to $1,000,000. Any claims of damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed or the repair/replacement value of the damaged item, whichever is less.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
